Have used them for 40 plus years and No One ever calls you back! Bought a new car and need insurance... this is ridiculous! I've called 2-3 times a day for 2 days and No Call back... maybe they are out of business???
I'm not happy when the service I asked for isn't what I get. Just so you know, DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING with them, it could make your insurance cost more, and because of the contract, you'll be stuck with their services. Lainey, you really need to step it up and stop wasting people's time.
