I would give a lower rating if I could. I had Kelvin replace 1of my heat pumps in July. He did something while installing the 1st unit that made the 2nd unit not work and convinced me it was bad also. I should of stopped then and there but I pressed on. The AC seemed to work but struggled until the winter month of Nov. Then the heater totally shut down. He told me it was my thermostat. It wasn't. He would not come out and look at it, he stopped answering my phone calls / texts. I had to get a real HVAC company in to fix it. ... read more
