Great stay. Clean rooms. Well maintained property. Staff is excellent.
The staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are old but clean. My only complaint would be that the pillows are flat and hard. Oh,…and our upstairs neighbors were heavy footed night owls AND early risers! Ugh! We’ll try to get a 3 floor room next time. All in all a great stay
We recently spent 3 nights here in an Inner Harbor King for our first trip to the area. The entire staff here is super friendly and helpful. When they learned I was a "coffee-a-holic", they provided me with extra pods at check-in, and left extra pods in the room each day. They also offer the now-rare service of daily housekeeping, which we greatly appreciated! The breakfast options were good. We found this hotel at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised how awesome it was. It's right on the harbor so our view was beautiful. They offer a continental breakfast in the morning which was perfect.
