You put two ponds behind my property that drain into my ditch the problem is you don't keep up with these ponds, they are over grown backing up in my yard causing a foul smell and some foaming white stuff. It is causing mosquitoes. I also can't use this part of my property because it has standing water that was not there before you did work.
