Mr. Plexico represented me in a case without my authorization. I never retained his services and had no knowledge of the case being filed. I previously deleted a negative review that I had initially written upon discovering Mr. Plexico's unethical behavior. In a case filed against my wife and me in Richland County, South Carolina, Mr. Plexico represented us without our knowledge or consent. He was retained by my insurance company on my behalf during a global settlement agreement.
