We had a leak in the ceiling of or back bedroom we called the Brown Boys roofing .the representative came out checked the roof then went up in the attic took picture .He took the time to show us were the leak was .He went back up on the roof and tarped the vent about 3 days later a sale person came out . He went up on the roof to check out. "Brother" Jonathan and "Brother" Will need to re-allocate part of their large advertising budget toward communication and customer service. This is true. Mr. Foster did not get the best experience with us. I never went to his home, however my youngest brother Jonathan did. We did give him a contact for someone who could help with the project. I have no idea why Elmer did not contact Mr. Foster. We did reach out to Elmer on his behalf and shared our photos with him. We were only trying to help Mr. Foster with a project we chose not to do. I was unable to find any quotes for Mr. Foster in our system. I built my house in 2006 and Brown boys did a fantastic job. no complaints. Now 15 years later I have extensive hail damage and I have chosen Brown Boys to do it. I trust them and give them a 5 star rating. Good company Good work. great quality.
these guys suck. hired them and was told 6 to 8 weeks to install. 12 weeks later and shingles were delivered and are still on my roof waiting to be installed. called and said they were to be out next day but never showed.

Mr. Schafer, After reviewing the info on your project this is what I have found: It did take a lot longer than usual to get materials to your home. This is due to supply delays from the manufacturer due to COVID-19 having to shut down the plant. I wish we could control that but unfortunately we couldn't.
