Amazing Packaging!
Amanda and the Ninjas have been a pleasure to work with. I worked with a couple other 3PL's before finding them, and they have been the most helpful and reliable by far. I've lost track, but I think I've been a happy customer for 4 or 5 years now.
chased them for 5 months to get them to remedy a mix up, one of many to follow. they got around to doing it very churlishly. just absolutely lovely service! - charged shipping for multiple cartons wrongly, they repeatedly made mistakes, charged us extra fees despite being super clear in my communications, and they simply ignored all emails from us for several months, responding with a 'whoopsie!', no apology, and a reluctant refund when we were understandably upset. edit- of course you wish us well, we did nothing wrong but ... read more
