Betsy has been my doctor for the past four years. Aside from the fact that it’s difficult to get an appointment to see my specific caregiver on the same day as you call (like something requiring urgent care), it’s been great. I disagree with the person who gave Betsy a one star review because I have never felt rushed or like she’s hurrying to get done with me. Plus, she’s not pushy and nonjudgmental, except when it comes to tobacco use. She’ll hound you on that...😬
She doesn't seem to care enough to communicate with her patients very well. And I get the feeling that she doesn't take the doctor/ patient confidentiality agreement seriously enough. She is not completely competent. I have been disappointed with her care and extremely dissatisfied.
The best doctor at the Polyclinic.Super bedside manner. Takes the time to listen to you to get the whole story. Has helped me through some major health issues. She puts her patients first!
Dr. Brown is competent, but impatient. I was struck by how unfriendly she was during our appointment - she really tried to hustle me along and she didn't listen, missing details that I then had to repeat. I recommend Shane Jhooty if you're going to pick a PCP from the Polyclinic.
Most caring PCP I have EVER had. Dr Brown is amazing. I would highly recommend her. I even lived in Vancouver BC for a while and although we did have Universal Health Insurance there, I still came to Seattle for my medical needs to seek Dr Brown advice. She cares about her patients. With Dr Brown we are people not just $$$ for an insurance claim.
