Omar (the GM) as he described himself has dubbed all pickup trucks that have a fifth wheel in the back, not worthy of going through his car wash. This means that at least 5000 trucks in the area cannot go through his carwash. If "Omar" is actually a GM for Brown Bear, the company will lose much money by him turning away trucks. And he doesn't mind holding up lines of customers to argue the point. 9 year wash club member that ended today. put my $108000.00 car on wash club as I had all my previous vehicles and they were intransigent on putting 2nd scanner ticket on door jam. I insisted that it be put on rubber seal on rear hatch that wouldn't possibly leave scratch removing at end of ownership as it did on my 2018 Corvette, I also wanted to not have a employee standing above me and under 6 feet from me with scan tool as their employees aren't the best wearing a mask property during this worst Delta/Corvid 19 virus. I have been going to Brown bear for over 30 years. I've never really had a bad experience until now. I've had to get my car washed a second time a few times but this time the attendant actually hit my car three times as I entered the wash. He yelled something which I couldn't discern. I rolled my window down and he was yelling "PUT IT IN NEUTRAL!" I said it is. What got me was that he hit my new car three times.
