I've been a Brown Bear customer for over 20 years. I've gone there mostly because they have a pretty solid monopoly in the Puget Sound but that is changing. Also, they have been partners of Puget Soundkeeper Alliance on environmental efforts and that has been another reason I've supported them. I've been disappointed by this location. I forget to turn off the manual wash and it charged me three times the original cost until I found out it was still running.
