I’ve used brown bear car wash for several years now. The last time I was there my coin stuck in the vacuum I contacted Brown Bear just to make aware of the problem. They were very apologetic.refunded my dollar plus a couple of extra dollars. Very pleased with their actions.

The new automatic machine does not do well. The wiper lines were still on my windshield like I hadn’t even washed it. Left dirt in a couple spots on the sides and all over the back. I paid for the $8 wash, and it was a total waist of money. Use the self wash, and do it yourself.
