I love every brown bear car wash I don't go anywhere else I aways stop by and detail my car I love the free towels the smell good spray I bump some Jams while I vacuum and remember to return my towels lol oh yeah and don't forget it's not good bye it's see you later alligator after awhile crocodile as I'm leaving I stop & get my brown bear air freshner we love that smell in the car
Horrible service, just left the brown bear car wash in Auburn. waited in line while 1 guy was busy working and 2 girls stood their by the office not offering any service. when I waived at them, they acted like I was interrupting them! Then the girl rolled her eyes when I handed them my card to pay for a berry best. When I pulled around to dry my car, their was no towels. When I tryd to ask them if they had any towles they walked away and my wife had to go ask them... extremely horrible customer service. Nothing what I was us... read more
