My car was scratched on both sides from this car wash. If I could give it zero stars I would.
If it was possible you would have less stars. I just called and spoke to the "manager" regarding an incident involving my sister. Yes I'm upset yes I'm angry. My high risk pregnancy sister was there a few days ago and she had a panic attack went off the rollers. Instead of someone being there to immediately hit the stop button they let another car hit my sister's car. Then because I'm angry and ask for a corporate number I get hung up on. * Oh quick add on. She told me it was all my sister's fault.**(big surprise)
Good service.. Friendly and quick. In and out. No wait. .
Always great. My kid loves going through the car wash. :)
Normally the staff there are great but today i was treated like some piece I paid for the berry best and they guided me in and that was it no brushing of the front or back I guess talking in the office is more important than the customer that just paid full price for a service.
