The best doctor, always explains my conditions, always waches out for my hospital visits, and a very caring doctor.
Most recently, my sister was under his care at BayHealth in Dover. This man allowed her to be discharged from the facility with active COVID-19 to include active pneumonia. He allowed her to be discharged without any medications to be sent home with her and she has most recently been returned to her local ED. Thank God for that doctor. This Barrington Brown is the same doctor who charged $1,800.00 over and above what my sister's insurance pays for this jack leg to care for her.
