I visited Brown Automotive Service Dept in Del Rio on 6/3/25 and due to time constraints and the upcoming holiday I was not able to leave my car there (I’m from OOT) However , I do want to thank Erick Lozano (Service Advisor). He was professional, knowledgeable and had excellent customer service skills. He was able to guide me in the right the direction in a moment of uncertainty with my car. Thank you.
I was helped by Devyn Lowe and he was very helpful and explained everything very well, he helped me with the Chevy app setup and showed me everything I needed to know about the truck.
Have been getting the walk around for weeks now and each time there is contact, they toss the “responsibility” to another person like as if they are playing hot potato!!!! Was anyone else that had problems with them before, get ahold of corporate number?? It has been one thing after another with the people in this dealership!!!
