Gave them a call, nobody answered. Left a message with detailed information about my problem and my contact information and nobody bothered getting back to me at any point. Extremely unprofessional.
I left my truck at Browns for 2 days for a repair and it was returned to me with 100 plus kms driven on it, 1/4 tank of gas used and I couldn't get my tonneau cover opened. I finally took it to another shop to have the tonneau cover handle drilled out and replaced. Once we finally got the tonneau cover opened we discovered that one of the shocks that hold it opened was also broken. The box of my truck had been washed out and the broken pieces of the shock which should have been laying in the bed were no where to be found. I ... read more
Dont have sense to talk with customers, they have attitude problem speciallyy a guy named Vishal over there, doesn’t talk respectfully with customers. Kindly check that guyss
Owner is not friendly, unreliable time wise, has a tendency to exagerate required work in order to drive up the bill, much more expensive by comparison to other repair shops in town.
