I haven't received any statement or billing from this Lab but I got the letter from the collection company. It's ridiculous. The total amount is just $27. When I called the billing department, a women picked up the phone and she's so rude. She even didn't want to talk to me. She asked for the billing account number and I didn't have it. Then she just said she couldn't answer anything. Whats wrong with her? I mentioned that I haven't had any billing in my hand so how I can have that number. This place doesn't know how to continuously consolidate the dollar amounts associated with a single account.

I have surgery and of course they require lab work which is normal. No biggie. I just look at my credit and realize this company without any phone calls decided to send me to collections for 21$ yes that's $21. Do yall like to ruin peoples credit over 21$ or yall that hard up for $21. Not $210. Not $2100 but $21! And I'm sure my insurance probably paid $21x30 for the bloodwork and yall send someone to collections. Get a life and shove that $21 down your throat.
