Outstanding customer service. They called and let me know they had earlier appointments available, if I could make it. The staff was exceptionally patient - severe claustrophobia and MRI's do not mix! They truly made the experience so much better than the hospital a few weeks ago. This will be my go-to for any MRI's in the future. Thank you to everyone there for being so kind and compassionate!
I went for an x-ray around 2pm on a Friday. There was only 1 person in the waiting room. Filled out 1 page of info (to obtain permission to contact my PCP). I was in and out in 20 min (with health insurance). They sent the results to my primary quickly. No complaints here. Google maps took me to the parking garage. The office is on the 1st floor in the building closest to the garage.
Why is it so hard to get you people on the phone? I've left messages and waited for the callback that never came. Your machine says don't make multiple calls as it will delay your callback but when? Why can you not answer the phone during business hours? I'm so confused. Isn't that what people are hired to do, answer the phone during the hours your business is open? Please explain and thank you

They are absolutely phenomenal! Everyone from the front desk to the back was awesome. Paul took amazing care of me, being nervous about my MRI. He checked on me throughout my scan and made sure I was comfortable. This absolutely beats having to go to the hospital for an MRI. The office was super clean and the wait was minimal. Thank you all for top notch service!
