We called the day before to ask about making an appointment for an X-ray appointment. We were told that it was walk-in only. We checked in at 3:00, and my son was not called back until 4:47. When we first checked in we were told it was a 15 minute wait. At 4:00 I asked again and they stated we would be one of the next 2 called back. At 4:30 I inquired again only to be told that everyone was back there for different reasons and I would be called back soon. I checked with Evans Imaging to make sure their equipment was working as it was down last week. They accommodated me right away for an appointment. After a short wait I was taken back by a very courteous x-ray technician named Abby. I want to give kudos to Abby because she had trouble with the X-ray machine, she troubleshooted it well, called for help, apologized for the delay which really wasn't long at all, assured that I was comfortable the entire time, and gave excellent customer service. I had an outstanding experience at Brown Radiology from start to finish. Donna was incredibly helpful in getting my appointment scheduled and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Sherry, my X-ray technologist, was absolutely amazing. She was kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything, making what could have been an uncomfortable procedure much easier. Outstanding customer service. They called and let me know they had earlier appointments available, if I could make it. The staff was exceptionally patient - severe claustrophobia and MRI's do not mix! They truly made the experience so much better than the hospital a few weeks ago. This will be my go-to for any MRI's in the future. Thank you to everyone there for being so kind and compassionate!

I went for an x-ray around 2pm on a Friday. There was only 1 person in the waiting room. Filled out 1 page of info (to obtain permission to contact my PCP). I was in and out in 20 min (with health insurance). They sent the results to my primary quickly. No complaints here. Google maps took me to the parking garage. The office is on the 1st floor in the building closest to the garage.
