I recently had some imaging done and the staff was fantastic! I was taken back fairly quickly and was called with the results. The office manager was exceptional with customer service.
Everyone is very nice, attentive, and they usually run totally on time. Thanks for making your patients feel welcome and at ease.
They are absolutely phenomenal! Everyone from the front desk to the back was awesome. Paul took amazing care of me, being nervous about my MRI. He checked on me throughout my scan and made sure I was comfortable. This absolutely beats having to go to the hospital for an MRI. The office was super clean and the wait was minimal. Thank you all for top notch service!
Avoid this place!!!! I try to give everyone a chance, regardless of terrible reviews. I just left there for my scheduled mammogram. They ask you to arrive 15 minutes early. So I get there early only to wait 45 minutes in which I finally say something to the receptionist. She goes and talks to someone in the back and suddenly I get called to the back where I change. It is only at this point that I am told the truth.That I am waiting because they have a man working on the 3d machine and they have no clue what time he will be ... read more
Very Disappointed. Service was terrible. I was really surprised .I arrived 30 minutes early for my appointment. I signed in and had a seat. I waited 10 minutes then went to front desk to ask if there was any paperwork that I could fill out while waiting. Front desk help told me to have a seat and she would let me know when I could do that. A few minutes later she tells me there is a "problem" , no other explanation and my appointment had to be rescheduled. Seems like a "professional office" would let you know ahead of ... read more
