Just wanted to say a big thank you and a big shout out to Brock. And The Brown and Hurley crew from Mackay. They come out and got me going within a few hours. From the point of them leaving Mackay to get to me on the Bruce Highway about 70 km north. And having me fixed up was about 3 1/2 hours.
Business had turned for the worst since the business sold. Lost all the good staff. Long waits to get served. Understaffed. Invoice errors of products missing. The usual result of a locally owned business acquired by an international business. Reluctantly come here only if necessary, otherwise sourcing other Ag businesses elsewhere for parts and service.
