Done hub seal (Western star) late Friday afternoon up in Emerald QLD, when heading down to Melbourne for the weekend. Rung around with no luck, then got a hold of the lads at Brown & Hurley in Roma. Despite the short notice they told me to bring it in Saturday morning. Hour and a half then I was on my way to Melbourne. Top bunch of people !
Great people, Great Service
Tech support at B and H Roma are hopeless. Phoned for information on timing on a tractor engine and the bloke on the other end of the phone, who is supposed to support for customers basically told me there is timing marks there somewhere. Phones B and H Emerald, and the lad there did not know but was willing to find out. One hour later I had all the info I needed to time the engine and remove the fuel pump. I will be encouraging all my clients in the central west to support emerald B and H.
10/10 in regards to the service and parts department- a very big improvement from previous management.
