I’ve consistently had disappointing experiences with their eyebrow threading services. Despite giving clear directions, the shape often turns out different from what I request. On my last visit, I ended up with the opposite shape of what I wanted. I hope they can improve by listening more carefully to client preferences and providing results that better match expectations.

Love this place. Excellent service every single time I have been there. I have now been going to this place for over 10 years. And I have always experienced excellent service. Sonia, the owner is very good about hiring the best in this industry. Recently, I got the Hydra Facial done from them and saw excellent results.
