Called for a complete door for a Kia Spectra. They said they had one. Called again before leaving to confirm that it was complete and had the glass. The guy assured us it has everything. Drove 1.5 hrs one way to pick it up and when we get there they showed it's the door and it was gutted. No inside mechanism, no window, no window track. Useless and 3 hours wasted on the road because someone couldn't walk out to the car and visually confirm it. Would never recommend doing business with a company that would allow this.
