Since Brower Landscaping maintains our neighbors' garden, I wanted to get a quote for servicing our garden. I clicked on the “Get A Quote” button on the company's website and filled out the form—no response. I called—no answer. I spoke to Brower's employees when they were working on the neighbor's property, gave them my phone number, and asked them to call me back—no answer. Apparently, Brower is not interested in new customers. In any case, I find it very rude not to even respond to multiple inquiries.
