I took my mom's rap for here for much-needed transmission repair. Alex was great. He was very personable and communicative about the time frame and the repairs. I was recommended this shop by a trusted mechanic and he did not steer me wrong.
paid $125 for a diagnostic and waited five days with no real communication. We called every day for an update and were repeatedly told someone would call us back — they never did. When I finally called for an update, I was told they “don’t know what’s wrong” but was asked to pay $3,900 to fix it. If you can’t diagnose the problem, how can you charge thousands to fix it?
