Mixed experience. I asked them to rerun a drain pipe for me through digging underneath the house. During the initial discussion, the company representative seemed very very confident about his work and how great they are. I was kindly asking for photo documentation of the drain pipe repair, they did send me some but not everything was documented. Professional, efficient, great customer service! We had an emergency with a cable conduit piercing through our sewer line, under our driveway. Broward Plumbing team came out, assessed the situation and went into immediate action. Finished the job quick, cleaned up, & their whole team was a pleasure to work with, highly recommend. The company is overpriced and neurotic David will call you. They are not a member in the Better Business Bureau for a reason. Fake photos as well. Block the number.

OVERCHARGED – Be Aware! I hired this company to detect a leak on a property. I was quoted $375 for the visit, with the promise that if I approved the repair, that amount would be deducted from the final service price. They found a small broken pipe and quoted an outrageous $4,000 for the repair, split into $2,000 upfront and $2,000 upon completion.
