I am speechless and appalled. This company actually stole a toilet pump part from me. Then David (the manager) called and asked me to remove my Google listing review, and promised to make things right. However, they never came back to replace any part, and I could not use my toilet because of them. This company are complete liars and thieves. Further - they stole $267 dollars from me for some unknkown service that they never performed. I opened an investigation with my bank - because this is criminal.

Chose to have Broward plumbing come out and give an estimate on water pressure for my home. When the plumbers came out took pictures diagram tracked mud from outside all over the house. When I spoke with one of the owners David about the quote I was ready to give him payment for coming out but he said he had to call me back. I had to run back to work and in the middle of dealing with something important when David and the co-owner called me 10 times Non-Stop to collect a $50 payment. I live on Hendricks Isle in FLL and had a serious plumbing issue. I called Broward Plumbing, they answered the phone on the second ring and was here within an hour. A gentleman named Paul arrived and introduced himself professionally and listened to my entire experience. He asked smart questions, promptly diagnosed the issue and assured me it will be resolved. My technician, Robert Lehman was very professional and knowledgeable and definitely a great asset to your company. Talk to customer service rep. They had gave me a window between 11:00 and 1:00. Robert showed up within 30 minutes of the call. Very professional and I do thank you Trust Rooter definitely will be using them for my future plumbing needs. Thank you
