I am speechless and appalled. This company actually stole a toilet pump part from me. Then David (the manager) called and asked me to remove my Google listing review, and promised to make things right. However, they never came back to replace any part, and I could not use my toilet because of them. This company are complete liars and thieves. Further - they stole $267 dollars from me for some unknkown service that they never performed. I opened an investigation with my bank - because this is criminal.
