This place is not at all professional. The ladies in the back that completes the ultrasounds are not patient friendly at all. No explanation given to my 82 yr old aunt to why she was getting on the table and pulling up her shirt. Just lay here and take a deep breath and hold was all said. The two ladies talked to each other throughout the procedure about personal things while one answered personal calls instead of talking to US. A business needs more than just a FAKE smile. After a family member was injected contrast fluid for scanning and three hours of waiting, the unprofessional technician told us that the scanning machine was not working properly since early morning and told us to go to a different place because the machine was not taking the images correctly and not working the whole week. No apologies , just go to a different place after wasting the whole morning, after losing paid job hours.
