I have been participating and learning from this group for about four to five months now and have gained a greater sense of peace, objectivity and calm. I plan to continue pursuing all levels and find this experience very valuable. Would recommend it to anyone. It resonates deeply with many teachings I have acquired over the years. “Gamsahamnida”!
