Rip Off – This is a rip off. They made me pay in advance to pick the lock of my Vespa trunk. Two hours after a guy came out they called a second guy. Three hours later they gave up. Yes, folks they gave up on a scooter trunk. They promised to refund my credit card and a month later they didn't. I called them again, and they promised to refund my credit card. A month later I called them and they said it was too late to credit my card because two guys had to come out to pick the lock, even though they failed to pick the lock. ... read more

Don't waste your time – Just got off the phone with them. I called this guy just to get a key cut. I already bought the new case, and had put the original chip in it, but with a blank key. My original broke, but I had a spare to use in the meantime. He quoted me $225 for cut & programming. I explained I don't need programming. Then he said $128. I told him I was hoping to do better, since the Lexus dealer would sell me the key, case etc. including the cut for $58. plus tax. He went into his schpeel; saying, "well , then pay ... read more

Made my Lexus key in a parking Garage on a Friday night! – I was so nervous when I called Lexus and they said they couldnt make me my key and the only guy they had to open my vehicle was in Miami 2 hours away, I then called AAA and they refrenced me to Broward Lock and Safe, they told me they would be there in less than 30 minutes and could make the key to my 2007 lexus , I originally thought I was going to have a tow truck wiggle my car on the bed and now Broward Lock and Safe is coming out to make my laser key on sight, I ... read more

SCAM ARTIST – I called AAA to have a key cut by them. I know that the key should not cost $225. They tried to first tell me that my car was a Chevy. I own a Pontiac. Second they tried to tell me that the car need a number to be programed into the key. The key is a strait metal cut. I called a dealship and they said it would cost no more then $55. AAA freeloading, Womaning Crooks – I have been a AAA customer for many years and I've had a couple run ins with this auto lock out company. I have had the same locksmith show up and this guy's tried to charge me for opening my car when it's free. I think his name was Jose or Mauricio or something but he tried to rob be both times. To make matters worse he was making comments about my body the whole 15 minutes it took to open my car. I've never had an experience like that and I'm serious considering not renewing my AAA member... read more
