Do NOT trust this car service. I confirmed they would pick me and my kids up from LaGuardia with two car seats TWICE today. They did not bring car seats. The only resolution they offered was suggesting I put my 3 and 5 year olds in their car without seats. I’m currently stranded at the airport with two kids under five at midnight with no way to get home. The absolute worst limo company ever! No bathroom on the party bus WTF? My friend booked a limo for her daughter's sweet 16, paid a ton of money and a van shows up WTF? The owner does not even stock beverages in the limos and when he does it it cheap crap! Treats his driver's like crap! Choose another, trust me!
I don't usually write reviews but I was so impressed in my dealings with this company and the way that Bob righted a wrong in the most professional of manners. It's hard to find good, personal customer service in this day and age and Broward definitely delivered. I highly recommend their service to anyone in the area. We will definitely be calling on them again in the future! Thanks, Bob! I'm truly grateful!
