Dr Li is very attentive and devoted then any doctor in my 50+ years of medical care
The waiting time might not be the best, but I have been a patient for last 13-14 years of Dr Li and she always does her best. Perhaps she can try to improve the waiting time and a reception. It’s always tough to get through her receptionist
I like the Dr's here, except they do not follow up with you. And I can never get through here on the phone to schedule an appt. I try first thing in the morning, and noone picks up. On and on. It's truly a nightmare. I will be forced to switch my primary Dr. for these reasons. And I have been coming here for many years. Now that I am almost 65, I feel I need better care.
Never answers the phone or replies to voicemail.
She is the first doctor to actually treat me correctly for when it came to my sinus infections. And I love how she gives you other options, holistically as well.
