Our experience with Dr Soling Li was the worst experience I have encountered in my adult life. My sister who had just been released from a traumatic 17-day hospital stay was visiting her primary as requested by the hospital. The discharge papers indicated she was suffering from severe depression and psychosis and required physical therapy. At the visit Dr. Li's student nurse was very thorough in her questioning and was very personable. I’m on day 5 trying to get a simple prescription refilled. I had to physically drive to the office and cause a scene . I may have to do it an again because I have yet to get my prescription. You took my money. I’m done. This is getting settled today period. You don’t answer the phone EVER. You never ever gave me a single lab test results I had to show up yelling after waiting weeks ….. you are playing with people life. And I hope this place get shut down
I Love Dr. Li she’s been my Doctor for about 8 years now. She does listen and her expertise is over the top. She knows her stuff.
Dr. Li is a legend. The reason her voicemail is full frequently is because that is the wait line for her services. Her staff is amazing and very efficient. I was previously treated by a doctor that related every symptom to stress. Several surgeries later, it's something else, surprise! This happened over the course of several years, so it is no hyperbole. Dr. Li on the other hand is a master in this field, and good luck getting a spot as she is not taking any new patients at this time. Ask her any question, and she serves yo... read more
