This is by far the most poorly operated doc office ive ever had to call id infact have more chance talking to donald trump then i do someone here a complete joke the dumb ppl at the front cant even answer the phone after ive called 150 times

Of course Dr. Kapila is an excellent hand surgeon, but it's her vibe that makes her exceptional. Always smiling, so kind, encouraging and always made me feel like I was her only patient! I can't say enough good things about her, she's awesome

I was lucky enough to have roxanne as the person to pick up my call she was amazing assisting me any way how. She was amazing. Round of applause for her👏👏👏👏👏

The staff needs to be retrained I was told I don’t push chairs by a a woman wearing scrubs in a sports medicine trauma center. That just doesn’t add up the doctor you work under would have a majority of patients immobile or in a wheel chair. If I was able to walk I would have walked right out. This is how you will be treated after getting hit by a truck! If you have money or insurance and want to be treated well in your time of pain and suffering go else where!!!!

My daughter has been coming here since December for her broken arm. When I tell you it has been a hassle trying to get appts and they never answer the phone. So finally we get an appt and they have you waiting over an hour. Nobody wants to work and everything is an excuse since covid.
