UPDATE: Thanks for responding but I already reached out to corporate and that was the only reason I was able to get an ADA modification for 90 days. Appreciate you reaching out but some experiences are not worth reliving. The office staff is incredible and I am so sad to go but I can't trust my health with Dr. Gupta. The office staff is incredible and I am so sad to go but I can't trust my health with Dr. Gupta. Dr. Hunter was amazing and when she left, I transitioned to the only other doctor in the office, Dr. Gupta. I saw her a few times and it was like talking to her for the first time each time. She doesn't treat you for anything. Instead, she wants you to see every doctor in the world and specifically ones within the Broward Health network. I was disappointed with my experience. I felt that the doctor did not take the time to listen to my concerns and often seemed to be in a hurry. Instead of making me feel heard, I felt rushed through the appointment. A good doctor-patient relationship starts with listening, and I did not feel that my symptoms or questions received the attention they deserved. I left the visit feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with the care I received.

Ridiculous wait times and no help. Waiting over a week for a referral which they keep saying they faxed. Stopped by the office to try and pick up the referral, waited another 20 min and had to leave. Terrible
