So I have a twin brother the outpatient pharmacy has been using my insurance when I called to make them aware they said I have to call my insurance instead of just taking it off and writing a note on his profile basically there just lazy as can be so id watch and double check your meds go anywhere but there there awful place ...
This is by far the laziest, least knowledgeable, most disrespectful, bare minimum, incompetent, group of individuals I have ever had the misfortune of being forced to interact with and it’s EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. The amount of misinformation they are willing to dissipate to keep from having to do anything is appalling. Being in the hospital is difficult enough without having to battle my own pharmacy for the same medication every single time I have the displeasure of dealing with them
Very slow and for some reason they never give me my medication when I’m there always have to come back for it
