BFS is the only Home Warranty company who never subcontracts work out, which means that every time you call you talk to our local office staff, who will send out a company employed technician. Really happy with the service from Broward. Their team members Darren Willis and Matt Nelson installed a new water heater for us and they were quick, courteous and did a great job. Also appreciate that team member Jamie warned us a few months ago that we were needing to replace the hot water heater before it actually broke, giving us time to plan ahead. The call center is usually able to schedule us quickly as well.
The second time tech, Darivn did an excellent job. He had to recleaned drain line of A/C. He made sure the A/C was working before he left since the house temp was 88.
For a new AC unit, they are the worst. For little things in the house they are great. However, I spent thousands of dollars on a new AC unit over a week ago and it is still not working right. The woman in the office was condescending and arrogant to me when I called after two times And said it wasn’t working. The man that came out to fix it Eric was oh yeah it’s it’s a drain problem. Installation was done to perfection by Darien and Ryan. Even my neighbors commented on what a professional job they did. Lily at the office was extremely knowledgeable on our new system plus others that they sell. Overall very happy with Broward
