BFS is the only Home Warranty company who never subcontracts work out, which means that every time you call you talk to our local office staff, who will send out a company employed technician. Keeping all the work in house gives us unmatched quality control because we know who to send, and we know the service history of the equipment.

For a new AC unit, they are the worst. For little things in the house they are great. However, I spent thousands of dollars on a new AC unit over a week ago and it is still not working right. Installation was done to perfection by Darien and Ryan. Even my neighbors commented on what a professional job they did. Lily at the office was extremely knowledgeable on our new system plus others that they sell. Overall very happy with Broward

I appreciate Broward Factory Service, especially Darien, who has been involved in a few tweaks to my new AC system that Broward Factory Service installed a few months ago. Also a shout out to Alex who has been involved in my AC issues and installation of 2 AC’s over the past 10 years or more. Sometimes I have to call a few times to get service, but they DO come when you set up an appointment.
