We had an issue with our hot water heater that was 2 yrs. old. Broward worked with us to replace & install a new one immediately.. Staff was attentive & nice to work with.
Darien is an outstanding AC technician and truly an asset to Broward Factory Service. He is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. He is also personable, professional, and a pleasure to have in our home. We have always been very impressed with his work and specifically request him whenever possible. In our experience, Darien is the best AC technician we’ve had from Broward, and we highly recommend him!
We had no air conditioning Darien Willis saved the day ! He Cleaned the drain line and filter. Opened vents and made other adjustments Fortunately we have a service contract and they came outwit him the hour!
