I appreciate Broward Factory Service, especially Darien, who has been involved in a few tweaks to my new AC system that Broward Factory Service installed a few months ago. Also a shout out to Alex who has been involved in my AC issues and installation of 2 AC’s over the past 10 years or more. Sometimes I have to call a few times to get service, but they DO come when you set up an appointment.
Great job by the Broward team installing two ac's and air handlers at our home. Very knowledgeable and professional Thank you Eric, Matt, Darien, Ryan and Robert. Love the new units.
The Broward Factory Service Fort Myers Service center did a fantastic job installing 2 new AC Units, and I would like to commend the team - Darien, Ryan, Matt, and Robert for their professionalism, and great work to install the AC system. I definitely recommend them hands down for any and all HVAC work. I have be using them for the last 15 years and have never been disappointed. Great work !!!
We can’t thank the people of Broward Factory Service enough. Our first meeting was with Eric last Thursday 5/22 when our A/C went out after freezing up. We were told he’d be out to look at it and he arrived promptly in a half hour, he replaced a part, and we were told our unit was very sick and said “if we need him to call back”. In the middle of the night our unit fan stopped working and in the morning we called, he brought a new fan to get us through until today 5/30 when our new unit was set to be installed.
