I waited a few weeks to get in because they did not have openings. I called daily for cancellations then today I was in so much pain, I cried and begged for them to take me in. Wow, had it not been for Regine remembering me and for Dr Laura to tell them to bring me in right away, I don’t know how I was going to deal with the pain. Thanks to them, I am on the way to feeling better. I say to any office staff, pay attention to your patients please and check their charts for consistency before you push them away!
Appt at 11am and Im still waiting to be seen. Time is not of an essence at this place. Make no other plans for the day if you have an appointment here. Hopefully I make to my other appt at 1pm. I gotta find another ENT. The Dr was seemingly worth the wait.
Dr D. And his staff are great people. He reminds me of the old time Doctors. Very caring and willing to listen to your complains. Not just pushing medicine or surgery. I love him and his staff.
Hi I'm very thankful to Broward E.N.T. The way they handled my allergies over a year. I was sneezing for months. They helped me find the cause of them and helped me fix them.
The Worst! Waited 40 minutes, and then a clerk marched 9 of us into a second waiting room. Waited another 30 minutes, then told them I'm leaving. No service at all. Never again.
