This is by far the worst housing place I ever seen you call no one answers the phone you ask to speak with a supervisor and the supervisor doesn’t respond how do these people still have a jobs. I need to know who can I call to complain to

Why are yall so rude? If you don’t like working in customer service then don’t work there.
As a landlord this has been an absolute nightmare. When there are issues that require assistance no answers their extensions and voicemails are not returned. The office also does NOT provide in person services or support.My rating is absolute ZERO STARS, but that option isn't available. I do NOT RECOMMEND renting your property via The Broward County Housing Authority.
Absolutely utterly the WORST housing authority to deal with. You can expect to be on the voucher wait list for 10 years and be removed with no notice and no response for 6 months. You go to the office and cannot get in, the doors are locked. Still have not gotten a response to any emails or voicemail messages left.
