My caseworker was changed to Valery Mercado Eduardo. She never answers calls. I leave voicemails and she doesn't contact me. I've left emails and she doesn't respond. Why change my caseworker from someone attentive to someone who doesn't care to do their job. Unfortunately, you can ONLY receive help from your caseworker. If you can't get through to your caseworker, no help will be given.
These case workers cause homelessness because they don’t work on your paperwork in a timely manner.. when your lease is up they move very slow and cause errors on paper work, it’s no one you can speak with regarding issues I’m not even sure this housing authority has a supervisor. Someone please help.
They never answer the phones.constantly changing your case worker and that two heart beats per room policy dnt seem to apply to EVERYONE. I know ppl just got the voucher with one child received a two bedroom voucher with a child under the age of 2.
