I’ve been with this office 3 yrs. I’m finally done with them. You literally have to hold their hand to get a fax to a specialist. You can not get thru on the phone and neither can your other doctors. If you need a referral or appointment you have to go in because you can’t get thru on the phone. You show up on time for your appointment just to wait an hour in the waiting room and at least 30 min in the room.I had a scheduled brain surgery and they didn’t get the paperwork over in time. I mostly have positive experiences with this clinic. However, lately trying to get assistance via the appointment desk is an exercise in patience. I've been on the phone today literally 39 minutes, and still didn't solve my issue. I wanted to make an appointment and also request a referral. I hung up having neither! This service is poor and disappointing. This is not caring or compassionate care. I feel for the employees on the receiving end of patients' disappointments, because this is a management problem.
