I have been coming to broward center for counseling for years. They are always willing to accommodate my needs, whether it be scheduling or financially. Whenever I need to see my therapist, whether it be a year from my last session or next week, can always count on them to be seen and get the help I need.
Don't know what's up with a young lady I came across named Heidi? She was extremely rude.
Spoke with "H E I D I" the secretary, in order to make an appointment using my EAP & instead of being welcomed by compassion, warmth & professionalism, I was met with the total opposite. Since the start of our conversation, the focus was mainly on insurance, co-pays & straight up rudness. All I did was call to obtain some emotional help, but instead I get bombarded with childlike attitude, arrogance & condescending answers.
