We had the pleasure of using Broward Catering as our food vendor for our May wedding last year at Crystal Ballroom on Lake Melva. Elvis was super cool and accommodating. We got to experience his own wedding venue for the day of the tasting and quite frankly I regret not being able to book my wedding there initially but we had booked our venue way before he even had it open.
