Amazing gym! Incredible equipment especially for the very low cost. I trained here eight times during a trip to Fort Lauderdale. Lots of stones, sandbags, logs, safety squat bars, bars, circus dumbbells, 3 powerlifter bench presses, 3 power racks, yolk, crash pads, bands, spare belts, spare straps, pull-down machine, and probably a lot of other equipment I’m forgetting. 24/7 access.
