Hi, I’ve never had a bad experience with brow thread & lashes before, but this time was different. I went in for a brow lamination, and unfortunately, I ended up with multiple cuts and bruises around the area. It’s been three days now, and my eyebrows are still swollen, painful, and red with visible bruising and cuts. Very disappointed service.
