Permanent Eye Damage I am traumatised by my experience at Brow Threads & Lashes on Jetty Road. After a lash lift and tint, I developed ongoing eye scratching and discomfort. I was assessed by two optometrists and immediately referred to an ophthalmologist due to LASH GLUE ADHERING TO MY EYEBALL. I had to have a medical procedure by specialist to remove it. Despite seeking help three times, the salon ignored my concerns and disregarded any medical opinions supporting them. Please for your health and wellbeing DO NOT GO HERE.
What a game changer place to try … I have never been there before as I live in other suburb… Manpreet did my Eyebrows which is perfect as I asked … I loved how she listened my needs and even though she had other teens exploring lash extensions and she did explain them after care beautifully… it was good experience to see how well staff is trained to manage and handle things with multi tasking while it was already their closing time and she still finished and closed the shop around 5:50PM…. I had classic eyelash extensions done by Mannu and I would highly recommend visiting! The environment is very clean and very relaxing. The staff were friendly. Mannu was very lovely and made sure to walk me through my lash selections and made sure I was comfortable throughout. My lashes look very natural and I have no irritation. Overall, I am very happy with the experience!
Had a brow lamination and tint and they turned out perfectly. The shaping Mannu gave them made them look better than ever, highly recommend!
