I called to schedule an eyebrow threading appointment and she said she had availability at a specific time, otherwise I would have to be squeezed in. So I replied I’d rather make the appointment. When I arrived, she had just started on another client at my appointment time, leaving me to wait 20 minutes. So there isn’t a point in making an appointment. Wow, just wow. Lala is the best. I came here for a facial and I left with the biggest smile on my face. She is an amazing woman, so professional and so talented. Thank you Lala for always making me happy. I would 100% recommend her whether it is for a facial, eye brow threading, massage or a wax. She is absolutely great.
