This short woman with a Tikka on her forehead with long black braids is utterly incompetent. She has already ruined my eyebrows three times, and her customer service is terrible. She never smiles, is constantly rude, and rushes through her work without any regard for quality. She needs to be fired immediately. Please don’t let her ruin your eyebrows.
