Horrible custmer service. Waited for 30 min as the therepist abandond place . When she came back she neverchecked who came first and started treating other customers. When I voiced my concern she ignored me.
She did a great job at shaping my brows and threading my upper lip. I couldn't find a single stray hair after she was done. She also does a great job at shaping men's brows. Be mindful that threading is more painful than waxing.
Charan has explained the process to me and been very patient and kind while doing my eyebrows and tint.
