A 2.5 rated salon is going to do a 2.5 rate job. I was desperate so I came anyway because there are no other options in tricities. I paid $14 — which is the most I’ve ever paid for eyebrow threading and I moved here from a large city — and this is the worst eyebrow threading I’ve ever received. They did not fully thread the hair above and below my brows and overly threaded the shape of my brows, changing the shape. I won’t be back and do not recommend this place. Called around 03:30 pm and they close at 08:00 pm. Went to voicemail and a message said the person I was calling at no set up voicemail. Then stopped by and although they were several waiting nobody would even acknowledge me standing there. I left and came back by and noticed several had left and someone was addressing two others that had been standing there when I first came in. Then she rudely ignored me. Terrible customer service and business etiquette! Would not recommend!
I came here and walked out with my eyebrows still looking the same I didn't want to say anything since I was new they looking fed up already. Surely won't be coming back
