Good job, nice shape, good hours. Not the cheapest, and the decor is tacky. I wish they didn’t have open glass to the mall, it’s a little embarrassing to get your eyebrows threaded as teens stare and walk by eating pretzels and boba tea. I wish they had a curtain or a screen or something.
Been going to Ritu for 2+ years now, and they always do an amazing job on my eyebrows. They’re super consistent, affordable compared to other places in the area, and somehow the process hurts less than anywhere else I’ve been. I always leave happy with how my brows look and I definitely plan on continuing to come here. Highly recommend!
Before I went through with getting my eyebrows done here, I made sure to make it clear that I wanted a cleanup and NOT thin, but to my dismay the threader did quite the opposite, and now I will need two months to grow my eyebrows. I usually don't write many reviews, but this place was horrible and when I mentioned that my eyebrows were made very thin to the threader, she claimed that they were "already thin before", despite my not having gone to any threading place for a month.
