Good job, nice shape, good hours. Not the cheapest, and the decor is tacky. I wish they didn’t have open glass to the mall, it’s a little embarrassing to get your eyebrows threaded as teens stare and pass by eating pretzels and boba tea. I wish they had some cafe roads or frosted areas or a screen or something.

I don’t normally write reviews like this and have been coming here for a couple of weeks, didn’t really have much of a problem. Came in today told the lady I just wanted a clean up. She gave me the mirror and not only were my eyebrows 2 different shapes but was SOO much thinner than the other. I told her that the left eyebrow was thin and she smirked and said didn’t you want a clean up… exactly not shaping or thinning. I did threading with a lady who looks like an Indian she is skillful but not careful and just wants to finish her job quickly. She hurts the skin on both sides of my eye brown. Soo disappointed and painful.

Honestly so disappointed with my brows. I got them done just before leaving town for a wedding I am in and the brows are so uneven. One is straight and angular and the other is arched and rounded. They are also way too thin when I just requested they be cleaned up. Service was nice as is the price. But outcome is terrible despite previous good visits
