I've got my brows done here several times usually by the tech name Erica but that has been a while ago. Today I got service by a tech names Victoria that I wasn't pleased with at all. I showed her a picture of what I wanted my brows look nothing like the picture and there one of them had a slight arch the other had a curve telling me i had make up on for the picture which I didn't. She cut to much off on one so it's shorter than the other. But I liked the lashes. She gave me a discount but I'd rather my brows done as I asked

Honestly so disappointed in the customer service of this business as well as the service I received. I was charged the incorrect amount at the day of service. They called the next morning to inform me that a mistake was made. I missed their call while at work and they left me a voicemail asking for me to return their call to correct the mistake.
