Honestly so disappointed in the customer service of this business as well as the service I received. I was charged the incorrect amount at the day of service. They called the next morning to inform me that a mistake was made. I missed their call while at work and they left me a voicemail asking for me to return their call to correct the mistake. I went to this business the other day and had a great time with Tiara and Christian. My wax and thread came out beautifully. However not every esthetician is nice. Theres one in there that is so rude and slouchy looking!!! I thought she was homeless! I was supposed to see her and she wasn't there, thank god the receptionist Donyell was able to squeeze me in with the two I saw. Tiara is a magician with eyebrows. So reasonably priced for the time and precision that is put into the eyebrow shaping. Would recommend over and over again!
