I originally started going to Suchita as a walk-in, which is something I normally would never do. But since November of last year, I haven’t gone anywhere else! Suchita is amazing and super sweet. She takes her time with every person who sits in her chair and always makes sure you feel comfortable. So.....today and employee costs another employee to lose their tip. I walk in to get a wax at 10am....never had an issue b4. This would be my 6th time going there. Well the wax wasn't ready and the girl that addressed me said id have to come back 10-15 min....fine not a problem. I said I wouldn't mind waiting..they have a tiny waiting area. Do not go here. My wife went in for a waxing service, and the esthetician was so careless that they actually peeled off the top layer of her skin. She was left in a lot of pain. This is completely unacceptable, dangerous, and shows a severe lack of proper training. I strongly advise avoiding this place at all costs. I do not recommend them to anyone.

Thought I'd try somewhere close but Eye brows definitely weren't even or shaped the same lady kept insisting they were. And paid cheaper in carrollton should have just took the drive
