A decent place. While I think the Brow Lounge does a great job with waxing, I personally think they are overpriced. There are other places that do just as good of a job for a much better price. The environment is nice & the staff is very friendly. They have no problems taking walk-ins. If I'm ever in a crunch, I will use them again.

Chanel is the very best!!! Perfect brows EVERY time! We are so blessed to have her services in this area! She is hands down the best brow stylist in this State.

I've been going to Shanel for many years and it is always a pleasure to come back. The service is quick and professional, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable. I recommend it to anyone.

I've been to nail shops, beauty salons, even barber shops none can compare to the precise, clean, fresh look of your brows at the brow lounge. There are I believe 3 women working there I've only experienced Channel. You don't have the "surprised" brow look, or pencil thin crayon look when you are done. No more over plucked overly arched brows. It's a very natural, beauty kinda look. I needed a repair due to a previous stylist over waxing my brows making me look like Ronald McDonald.
